Each clay torso is glazed with clay excavated
from Rogers Island, Fort Edward New York, the very ground
used by Major Robert Rogers and his Rangers circa 1757. Each
sculpture base is actual hardwood from the regional forests
that surround the Lake George, Lake Champlain Theater of Operations;
"The Land That Gave Birth To Our Nation."
This unique work of art will allow you to
quietly reflect upon the proud Ranger
history that today includes your contribution to it.
